On a Sunday morning you can expect to be welcomed warmly by our staff and volunteers. We engage in dynamic worship to honor Jesus, and then open up the bible to be taught strongly from the Word. We encourage you to come with a heart of expectancy that God will move mightily in your life!

How do I become a member?

What is the dress code?
Generally, the dress code is "church casual" which means to wear what is comfortable and suitable for collective worship while not distracting others. However, feel free to break out your suits, pants suits, hats and heels.
Are you a part of a denomination?
Ascend is among the non denominational churches in Cary, NC. However, our church is honored to be a part of the Deliverance Evangelistic Association of Churches which is a fellowship of ministries based in Philadelphia, PA.

Do you have a midweek Bible Study?
Not at this time. Our church places a heavy emphasis on our Connect Groups as a time for Biblical growth, fellowship and service.
How do I give my life to Jesus Christ?
Believing in Jesus Christ and making a decision to live for Him is the best thing you can do in life. Faith in Jesus' sacrifice for humanity brings assurance of heaven for your soul and forgiveness of mistakes, sin and wrongdoing. We did the crime but He took our punishment.
Romans 10:9-10 says if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are made right, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
Step 1. Believe in your heart that Jesus Christ sacrificed Himself so your sins can be forgiven.
Step 2. Pray this prayer: Lord Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and that God has raised you from the dead showing me that I will also be raised to live forever with you in heaven. I accept you as Lord of my life and surrender my life to you. And as of this day I am a child of God. Thank you Jesus for saving me!
Step 3. Tell somebody what the Lord has done for you by giving you salvation. Contact a church that where you can be baptized as a public expression of your faith in the life, death and resurrection in Jesus Christ. We would be glad to assist.
